• Insurance documents will show that the shipment is insured, what the cover is and that loss of cargo in transit is covered.
• An Inspection certificate will show the items are as they say they are.
• The ATA carnet will only be needed for items that are being used for exhibitions or temporary events. It grants temporary duty-free admission to the country.

• Shipping orders will show what is being shipped, and the requirements of the shippers. This is required to be able to prepare your air waybill.
• An air waybill is a waybill purely used for air cargo. It is prepared by the airline and acts as the receipt of goods for delivery and states the condition of carriage.
• House air waybill is similar to the air waybill but is instead issued by an air freight agent
• Packing lists just like in the commercial documents illustrate what is packed, the buyer, the seller, the country of origin, the destination, the flight number and much more.
• Bill of lading is needed to prove the contract between the shipper and the carrier. There are two types of lading bills and we will be able to show which one you would require.
• House bill of lading is a little different to the two types that come under the bill of lading title. This one is instead by a freight forwarder. They can be beneficial due to lower insurance costs, less packing and faster delivery.

In addition to these documents, there will be others that are likely necessary. The Certificate of Origin for example is a must, as is the export declaration. In some cases, goods are controlled, and with these items, you would also require an export licence.
